The festive season is one of my favourite times of the year, and I’m so excited to welcome you into the studio for your Christmas Mini Session! To help everything run smoothly and ensure a magical experience for all families, please take a moment to read the information below.

🎁 Booking & Payment
• Your £50 session fee is non-refundable and required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.

👨👩👧 Who Mini Sessions Are Designed For
• Christmas Mini Sessions are created especially for children and their parents, ideally from sitting age upwards.
• Due to the short session time, each slot is limited to immediate family members (siblings and parents) only.
• If you’d like to include extended family members, I recommend booking back-to-back sessions. Each family will have their own time in the studio, and I’ll happily use my short break in between to capture extended family group images — these will be provided at no additional charge.

🖼️ Your Gallery & Prints
• I always aim to deliver your online gallery as quickly as possible, though during busy festive periods, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for completion.
• Only print orders placed before the Christmas cut-off date can be guaranteed to arrive back in the studio before Christmas.
• Once your order is ready, it is the client’s responsibility to arrange either collection or delivery.

⏰ Session Timing & Presentation
• Mini sessions are booked back-to-back, so please ensure you arrive promptly for your allocated time slot.
• Each session lasts 20 minutes, which includes any outfit changes. I allow a few minutes either side, but please be aware this can be no more than 5 minutes to keep the day running smoothly.
• Please arrive with your children clean, tidy, and ready so they look their best for their photos. There will be time for a quick change if needed, but preparation before arrival is key.
• While I carry out light retouching on all final images, I will not spend extensive time editing out marks, food, or untidy clothing. A quick once-over with a wipe or brush before the session makes all the difference and helps achieve the most natural, polished results.
